Arzu Aliyeva as well as Leyla Aliyeva arrived in Baku to see the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Vice-President Leyla Aliyeva's boarding school special for children No12 and Shuvalan Settlement's summer camp for orphanage No1, the Narimanov District Psycho-Neurological Orphanage, and the Downs Syndrome Association in capital.
